Our stay at this hotel exceeded all of our high expectations in every way. the room was equipped with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even providing us with free toiletries and an electric kettle upon request. the flat-screen TV in our room provided entertainment after a long day of exploring Worcester, and the sitting area gave us a cozy space to relax. the convenient location near various restaurants and attractions only added to our extraordinary experience. We were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and amenities provided by this hotel.
