Our stay at this hotel exceeded all of our high expectations in every way. the room was equipped with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even providing us with free toiletries and an electric kettle upon request. the flat-screen TV in our room provided entertainment after a long day of exploring Worcester, and the sitting area gave us a cozy space to relax. the convenient location near various restaurants and attractions only added to our extraordinary experience.
